Google AI Ultra for Business: New AI tool integration

We are pleased to introduce Google AI Ultra for Business, a new Google Workspace add-on that provides maximum access to AI features and models, and access to state-of-the-art AI tools, including:

    • The Gemini app with the most powerful AI models, including higher usage limits for Gemini 2.5 Pro, Veo 3 (next-generation video model), and Deep Research. Subscribers will also have upcoming access to Deep Think, an enhanced reasoning mode for high-complexity math and programming.
    • NotebookLM with higher usage limits and improved model capabilities (coming later this year), as well as higher limits for audio summaries, notebooks, queries, and sources per notebook, along with custom notebook styles and response lengths.
    • Access to Gemini in Workspace: Users of Business or Enterprise Standard and Business or Enterprise Plus plans already have access to Gemini in Workspace apps like Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and more. Users of other eligible Workspace plans can access most of these features by adding Google AI Ultra for Business.
    • Access to Flow, an AI movie creation tool, designed with and for creatives. Create cinematic scenes and stories with access to Veo 3 and premium features, such as the ability to use images as a reference to create multiple clips in a story consistently.
    • Access to Whisk, a new AI tool for image and video generation that helps creatives quickly explore and visualize new ideas through text and image prompts. With Whisk Animate, you can turn images into 8-second videos with Veo 2.
    • Access to Project Mariner (currently US only): A research prototype to explore the future of optimized human-agent interaction through natural language prompts. Assign AI agents to perform time-consuming tasks, such as research and data entry, simultaneously, so you can achieve more while the agents work in the background.

Additional Details

    • Workspace users who access Gemini in Workspace, the Gemini app, and NotebookLM with a Google AI Ultra for Business license access these services as a core service with enterprise-grade data protection, subject to the Google Workspace Terms of Service or their offline Workspace agreement. It’s worth remembering that your content is not reviewed by humans or used for training generative AI models outside of your domain without permission.
    • Several of these tools, such as Whisk, Flow, and Project Mariner, are not covered by the Workspace Terms of Service and have their own privacy policies. We recommend reading these terms for more information.
    • The Google AI Ultra for Business add-on grants the user 12,500 credits per month to use in Flow, Whisk, and any other products that have credits.
    • Access to Flow, Whisk, and Project Mariner will be ON by default for users with a Google AI Ultra for Business license, but can be TURNED OFF for your users via Apps > Additional Google services > Additional services access without individual control.
