With this integration, users can:

- Receive HubSpot notifications in chat about issues such as new leads, deal status updates, or changes to contact records.
- Improve customer response times by connecting your HubSpot inbox to chat spaces.
- Collaborate more efficiently on support tickets, streamline ticket resolution, and increase customer satisfaction by connecting your help desk workspace to chat spaces.
- Set up and send custom notifications to specific users and chat spaces through HubSpot workflows, ensuring the right people are informed about any important events.
- Summarize HubSpot records using Breeze Copilot directly from notifications in chat.

Getting Started
Admins

- Visit the “Before you begin” section of the HubSpot knowledge base to learn more about connecting HubSpot and Google Chat.
- Admins will need to allowlist the HubSpot app if the Marketplace user installation setting is set to “Allow users to install and run allowlisted apps from Marketplace.”
- To enable the HubSpot app for all users in a domain, admins can install the HubSpot app to the domain from Google Workspace Marketplace.
- End users will need a HubSpot account to use this app and can also search for the app using the plus button menu next to the chat compose box.
End Users
Visit the HubSpot Help Center to connect HubSpot and Google Chat, add the app to any Chat space, configure notifications, and sync Help Desk tickets. For more information, visit the HubSpot for Google Marketplace listing.

Available to all Google Workspace customers, individual Workspace subscribers, and users with personal Google accounts.
