An important advantage for organizations looking to use the productivity tools of Google G Suite (formerly Google Apps), is the possibility of obtaining an invoice, with its respective PDF and XML.

Unfortunately, in Mexico Google does not issue an invoice with these characteristics.

Fortunately, the easiest way to bill Google accounts in Mexico is through a Google Partner. A Google partner is an Authorized Google Reseller and you can recognize them by the badge they wear in their communications.

To obtain your invoice you need:

  1. Transfer the domain that we are looking to bill to a Googler Partner as a reseller through a transfer token. Process here.
  2. Provide the following information:
    1. Contact information
      1. Contact Name
      2. Email address
      3. Alternate email address
      4. Phone
    2. Information about the organization (natural or legal person)
      1. RFC
      2. Name of the organization
      3. Internet domain
      4. Postal address
      5. City
      6. Postal Code
